Oven Fried Chicken In Bread Loaf

Ingredients
  Frying chickens 2 , cut up
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Round loaf italian bread/Round loaf french bread 1 Large
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Wash and dry chicken.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika; roll chicken pieces in mixture.
Melt 3/4 cup butter in large shallow baking pan.
Place chicken, skin side down, in melted butter.
Bake in hot oven (400°F.) for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces and bake for 20 to 30 minutes longer, or until tender and brown.
Remove from pan and cool.
Cut bread in half crosswise and pull out a little of the inside of the bread.
Melt remaining 1/2 cup butter in saucepan and add chopped parsley and green onion; spread on inside of bread.
Fill bottom with fried chicken and cover with top.
Wrap loosely in foil.
Keep in cool place or refrigerate.
One hour before serving, put in hot oven (400°F.); open foil last 5 minutes so that crust will be crisp.
Cut top crust in wedges with knife or scissors, or break apart.
Cut bottom after removing chicken.
Serve with chicken.
