Chicken And Nut Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Macadamia/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , cut
  Grated ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless chicken breast 4 , thinly sliced
  Pear 1 , peeled, cored and cut into thick slices
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Macadamia nuts/Brazil nuts 2 Ounce, chopped (60 Gram)
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger lime sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lime ginger marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. To make sauce, place marmalade, stock and lime juice In a bowl and mix to combine. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat, add onion and ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until onion is golden. Increase heat to high, add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until chicken is brown. Remove chicken mixture from wok, set aside and keep warm.
3. Add pear to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until golden. Return chicken mixture to wok, add sauce and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste with black pepper. Scatter with nuts and coriander and serve immediately.
