Napoli Chicken Broil
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Italian salad dressing mix||2 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken breasts||96 Ounce|
1. Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; stir in salad-dressing mix and lime juice. Brush part over both sides of chicken.
2. Place chicken, skin-side down, on grill about 10 inches above hot coals. Grill, turning and brushing pieces often with more butter mixture, for 40 minutes, or until tender and richly glazed.
