Golden Chicken Breasts
|Chicken breasts||4 Large, boned and skinned|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
About 1 hour and 10 minutes before serving: Place chicken breasts, boned side down, in greased by 10 1/2" by 1" jelly-roll pan.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire; spread over top and sides of chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake chicken 45 minutes; remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer or until golden.
