|Broiling chicken||1 , cut in small|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash and dry chicken pieces and put in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients except crumbs.
Then sprinkle with crumbs.
Marinate for several hours, turning now and then and adding more crumbs.
Put on rack on broiler pan about 6 inches from heat and brown for 25 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other, until golden brown.
