Quick & Easy Chicken Cacciatore
|Chicken thighs||45 Ounce, skin removed (8 Thighs, 4 To 5 Ounce Each)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Spaghetti sauce||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
Arrange chicken in 10-inch square casserole.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Microwave at High for 7 to 10 minutes, or until chicken near bone is no longer pink and juices run clear, rearranging chicken after half the time.
Arrange green pepper over chicken.
Spoon spaghetti sauce evenly over chicken.
Microwave, uncovered, at 70% (Medium High) for 9 to 12 minutes, or until sauce is hot and green pepper is tender-crisp.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
