Ingredients
  Minced ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Chilli sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken thighs 8
Directions

1. Place ginger, garlic, honey, chilli sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
2. Brush chicken generously with mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy, basting frequently with sauce during cooking.
