Chicken Cooked with Whole Spices

  Corn oil 5 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Shredded root ginger 1 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), peeled and thickly sliced
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Black cardamoms 2
  Black peppercorns 6
  Fresh red chilies 2 , sliced
  Fresh green chilies 1 , sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Skinless boneless chicken 1 Pound, cut into small pieces (500 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), roughly chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered

1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until soft and golden brown.
2. Add the ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamoms, peppercorns, red and green chillies and salt and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the lemon juice, fresh coriander, spring onions and tomatoes and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.
