Golden Oven Fried Chicken
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chicken legs||3 Pound, separated (10 legs, 1.5 kg)|
In rimmed baking sheet, melt butter with oil in 375°F (190°C) oven, tilting pan to coat evenly.
In dish, combine bread crumbs, paprika, marjoram, mustard, pepper, salt and garlic.
Pour milk into another dish.
Dip chicken into crumb mixture, then into milk and again into crumb mixture to coat well.
Arrange chicken, meaty side down, on prepared baking sheet; bake for 20 minutes.
Turn chicken over; bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
