Chicken Livers and Bacon Appetizer

Sprinkle livers with salt and pepper and wrap each in a strip of bacon.
Thread onto bamboo skewers and cook over medium hot coals for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently, until bacon is crisp and livers are cooked.
