|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced or pressed|
|Chicken legs and thighs attached||2 Pound (4 pieces, 1/2 pound each)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|

Combine soy sauce, oil, and garlic.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.

Meanwhile, mix together wheat germ, bread crumbs, sesame seed, chopped parsley, pepper, and paprika.
Lift chicken from marinade, drain, then turn over in wheat germ mixture to evenly coat all sides; shake off excess.
Arrange coated chicken on a well-greased rimmed baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 1 hour or until thigh meat near bone is no longer pink when slashed.
Remove to serving platter and garnish with parsley, if desired.
