Cranberry Raisin Sauced Chicken
|Whole chicken breasts||2 Large, skinned and boned and halved lengthwise|
|Whole cranberry sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
Place chicken pieces in a 10x6x2-inch nonmetal baking dish.
Micro-cook, covered loosely with waxed paper, on 100% power (high) for 4 to 6 minutes or till no longer pink, turning pieces over and rearranging once.
Keep chicken warm.
In a 2-cup glass measure combine cranberry sauce, raisins, brown sugar, and cloves.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on high for 1 to 2 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
Pour sauce over chicken to serve.
