Char Grilled Chicken
|Boneless chicken leg||2|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
Rub the boned chicken legs with a little olive oil.
Place them on the barbecue and hold them flat with a fish slice for a minute.
Let them cook for 6-10 minutes on each side, brushing once with a little more olive oil, until the skin is lightly charred in patches and the chicken is cooked through.
Season with coarse salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
