Saucy Chicken In Yogurt
|Chicken tenderloins||750 Gram|
|Satay sauce||525 Gram|
|Onions||400 Gram (2 Large Ones)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cherry tomatoes||250 Gram, halved|
|Shredded fresh basil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine chicken and 1/4 cup of the satay sauce in large bowl; stand 5 minutes.
Cook chicken, in batches, in large heated oiled pan until cooked through.
Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, chop onions into wedges.
Heat oil in same pan; cook onion, stirring, until soft.
Add remaining satay sauce, tomatoes and basil; cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until heated through.
Return chicken to pan; stir to coat with satay sauce mixture.
Serve chicken with combined yogurt and chilli sauce.
