Hot Chicken Wings- How To Make Bangin Buffalo Wings

This video recipe will show you how to make delicious hot chicken wings with the perfect blend of spices. No soggy, overly breaded mess over here peeps! Just lightly crunchy, highly addictive, and downright bangin wings that will be star of your party!
Ingredients
  Chicken wings 20
  Seasoning salt 1 Teaspoon (as required)
For flour mixture
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoning salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For sauce
  Unsalted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), 1 stick
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (franks)
  Black pepper 3 Dash
  Garlic powder/Garlic juice 1 Teaspoon
  Celery flakes 2 Teaspoon, dried
  Dried parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Cajun seasoning 3 Dash
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (or more For frying)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash and dry chicken wings. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt. Set aside.
2. In a bowl add flour, cayenne pepper, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt. Whisk well till combined.
3. Put the chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour in the flour mixture. Shake the bag well to coat the chicken.
4. Place coated chicken on a plate and cover with aluminium foil. Refrigerate for around 90 minutes.

MAKING
5. In a deep fryer or frying pan heat oil to 375 degrees F. The oil should completely cover the chicken.
6. Place the chicken into the fryer basket or put carefully in the oil and fry for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Do not over crowd the pan, make in batches.
7. SAUCE: In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter.
8. Reduce heat to low and add in hot sauce, black pepper, garlic juice/ powder, celery flakes, dried parsley and cajun seasoning.
9. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Keep the sauce on low heat while the wings are cooking to keep it hot.
10. When all wings are done, transfer them on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
11. Place them in a nonporous dish and pour on the hot sauce over them.
12. Stir the hot wings around to absorb up all the sauce. Sprinkle on some more dried parsley if desired.

SERVING
13. In a serving plate, arrange the chicken wings and serve hot with choice of dip or as it is.
