Fruited Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Chicken breast halves 6 , skinned and boned
  Corn oil/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Firm baking apples 3 Cup (48 tbs), unpeeled and thinly sliced
  Cider 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cream style horseradish 1 Teaspoon, prepared
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a shallow baking pan arrange chicken.
Dot with margarine.
Sprinkle with cardamom, salt and pepper.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
In a medium saucepan combine apples, cider, sugar, lemon juice and rind, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
Simmer over medium-low heat until apples are tender.
Pour over chicken.
Bake just until heated through.
