Crispy Parmesan Chicken
|Croutons||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
Put croutons, cheese, and parsley in blender.
Blend till croutons are fine crumbs.
Dip chicken in butter; roll in crumb mixture.
Place pieces, skin side up, in shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
Bake, without turning, at 375° till tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
