Easy Chicken Divan
|Frozen broccoli spears/Chopped broccoli||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded cooked chicken/Turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
Spread broccoli evenly over bottom of a buttered 9-inch-square baking dish.
Evenly distribute chicken over broccoli.
In a small bowl, blend together soup and mayonnaise; spread over chicken.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over soup mixture.
If made ahead, you can cover and refrigerate at this point, if you wish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly and brown.
