Chicken Wings With Peppers
|Chicken wings||12 Ounce, tips removed (Four 3 Ounce Each Pieces)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dry)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch strips|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch strips|
|Green onions||2 , cut into 2-inch pieces (With Tops)|
Place chicken wings in 8 X 8 x 2-inch dish.
Mix wine, brown sugar, soy sauce and bouillon; pour over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) until almost done, 5 to 7 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn; add remaining ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
