Chicken Wings With Peppers

Ingredients
  Chicken wings 12 Ounce, tips removed (Four 3 Ounce Each Pieces)
  Dry red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dry)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  Green onions 2 , cut into 2-inch pieces (With Tops)
Directions

Place chicken wings in 8 X 8 x 2-inch dish.
Mix wine, brown sugar, soy sauce and bouillon; pour over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) until almost done, 5 to 7 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn; add remaining ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
