Poached Chicken Breast

|Whole chicken breast||1 Pound, boned, skinned and halved (Large Piece)|
|Chicken bouillon powder||1 Teaspoon, mixed with 1/2 cup boiling water or 1/2 cup chicken stock|
Place chicken in small oval dish.
Pour bouillon or stock over top.
Cover and cook on High about 5 minutes.
Baste with stock several times.
Let cool completely in stock.
