Garlic-Flavored Oven Fried Chicken
|Enriched white bread slices||2 , made into crumbs|
|Dehydrated parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Skinned boned chicken/Turkey breasts||1 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||2 Tablespoon|
In bowl combine bread crumbs, flour, and seasonings.
Dip chicken in milk and then in bread crumb mixture to coat.
Place in a nonstick baking pan.
Sprinkle evenly with any remaining crumbs and milk.
Bake at 400°F.
for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
