  Boneless skinless cooked chicken breast 8 Ounce
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Diced dill pickle 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced green bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped scallion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped capers 1 Tablespoon
  Artificial sweetener 1 Dash
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), tossed with lemon juice
  Pimiento strips 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash

Thinly slice chicken breast and set aside.
In a bowl combine yogurt, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
Add dill pickle, green pepper, scallion, capers, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
Arrange lettuce on a small platter; top with chicken slices and spread with dressing.
Arrange sliced mushrooms on lettuce.
Garnish chicken with pimiento strips.
