Easy Broiled Chicken
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut in halves, quarters, or pieces|
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Place skin side down on broiler rack in pan.
Broil 3 to 6 inches from source of heat.
Broil 20 to 25 minutes, turn and broil 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Weigh portions and serve.
