Mustard Herb Chicken

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Meaty chicken pieces 2 1⁄2 Pound (Breasts, Wings, Thighs, And Drumsticks)
Directions

Preheat the broiler.
Meanwhile, for the mustard glaze, in a small saucepan combine butter or margarine, mustard, lemon pepper, oregano, and crushed red pepper.
Cook and stir till butter or margarine is melted.
Place chicken pieces, skin side down, on an unheated rack in a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 15 to 18 minutes or till lightly browned.
Brush chicken with mustard glaze.
Turn pieces and broil about 15 minutes more or till meat is no longer pink.
Brush with mustard glaze and broil for 5 minutes more.
