Spicy Chicken Wings
|Chicken wings||1 Kilogram|
|Sesame oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Light soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Hot chili sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Caster sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Green onions||3 , finely chopped|
1. Cut chicken wings into pieces at joints.
2. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan; stir ginger and garlic over heat until aromatic. Add sauces, sugar and the water; stir over heat 1 minute.
3. Add wings; cook, covered, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until wings are cooked through. Stir in onion.
4. Serve with steamed baby bok choy, if desired.
