Chicken Papaya Dish

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 2 , halved
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken 1
  Papaya 1 Small
Directions

Combine flour, 1 teaspoon curry powder, salt, and the pepper in paper or plastic bag.
Add chicken; shake to coat.
In medium skillet brown the chicken in hot shortening. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Remove chicken to platter and keep warm, reserving drippings.
Cook onion in drippings till tender but not brown.
Stir in 2 teaspoons curry powder, the light cream, and bouillon cube.
Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook over low heat till done, 40 minutes.
Peel and slice papaya into 8 wedges; discard seeds.
Add papaya to skillet; cover and heat through.
