Chicken Thighs Yaki
|Chicken thighs||2 Pound|
|Mochiko||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||5 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon|
Make a slice down the side of each thigh, cutting to the bone.
In a large bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients except the oil and let marinate for 2 hours.
Pan-fry, uncovered, in the oil, turning once.
Cook for about 1/2 hour on medium heat.
