Seasoned Chicken Drumsticks
|Bacon rashers||3 , chopped|
|Zucchini||3 , grated|
|Seasoned stuffing mix||66 1⁄2 Gram (1/3 Of A 200 Gram Packet)|
Place bacon in heated pan, cook stirring until crisp.
Add zucchini, cook 2 minutes stirring, add Stuffing Mix, mix well.
Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes.
Stir in lightly beaten egg.
Loosen skin around each chicken leg with fingers.
Push about a tablespoon of stuffing mixture firmly under skin.
Melt butter in baking dish, add chicken legs, brushing tops with some of the butter.
Bake in moderately hot oven 15 minutes, reduce to moderate, bake further 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Baste frequently with pan juices during cooking.
