Chicken Fillets with Tomato Topping

|Tomato||1 , chopped|
|White onion||1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Tarragon||1 Teaspoon, chopped (fresh)|
|Thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon (dried)|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
|Butter||2 Teaspoon, softened|
Cut out two 12-inch squares of foil.
Place one chicken fillet on each square.
Mix together the tomato, onion, tarragon, thyme, garlic, pepper and butter.
Top each chicken fillet with the mixture.
Fold the foil over the chicken and seal.
Steam for 20 minutes and serve in the foil.
