Curried Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 , deboned
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Unsweetened coconut milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄8 Teaspoon (1 Packet Sweet N Low)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Coriander seed 1 Tablespoon, ground
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Clove 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
Directions

1. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces.
2. Mix dried seasoning together.
3. In large skillet over medium high heat, saute in ghee the seasoning and onion for 1 minute. Add lime juice and ginger, cook while stirring for 1 minute.
4. Add chicken, cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
5. Add coconut milk, sweetener and cilantro; reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 15 minutes (do not boil).
