Oven Chicken Fricassee
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Broiler-fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut up (Ready-To-Cook, 1 Piece)|
|Margarine/Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Evaporated milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Combine flour, salt, and paprika.
Brush chicken with melted margarine; coat with flour mixture.
Arrange chicken in an 11 3/4 X 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Meanwhile, in saucepan combine soup and milk; cook and stir till heated through.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover baking dish with foil.
Continue baking till chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.
Remove foil the last 10 minutes.
