Marinated Mushrooms And Chick Peas
|Cooked chick peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Garbanzo Beans)|
|Thinly sliced mushrooms||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced (To Garnish)|
Place chick-peas and mushrooms into a small bowl.
In a separate container, mix the rest of the ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Pour marinade over chick-peas and mushrooms, tossing gently.
Chill until serving time, tossing from time to time to marinate evenly.
