Marinated Mushrooms And Chick Peas

Ingredients
  Cooked chick peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Garbanzo Beans)
  Thinly sliced mushrooms 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced (To Garnish)
Directions

Place chick-peas and mushrooms into a small bowl.
In a separate container, mix the rest of the ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Pour marinade over chick-peas and mushrooms, tossing gently.
Chill until serving time, tossing from time to time to marinate evenly.
