Cheesy Crispy Chicken
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Blue cheese salad dressing||8 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Dry bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Pour dressing in medium bowl. Combine bread crumbs, celery salt, dill and pepper in shallow dish. Dip chicken into dressing; roll in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, 50 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once. Serve hot or cold.
