Easy Apricot Glazed Chicken
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Apricot preserves||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bottled red russian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant onion soup||1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 1/4 Ounce Each)|
In oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish.
Heat, covered with wax paper, at high9 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is almost tender; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Heat chicken, uncovered, at medium 5 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until chicken is glazed.
