Curried Chicken Crunchies

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 2
  Curry powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Light mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Corn chips/Potato chips 24 (Round Blue)
  Radishes 4 , thinly sliced
  Green onion with tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Get chicken into 1/2-inch (1 cm) cubes.
Combine curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.
In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; stir-fry spice mixture for 1 minute.
Add chicken; cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Remove from skillet; let cool.
(Chicken can be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.) In bowl, stir together chicken, yogurt and mayonnaise.
Place 1 or 2 chicken pieces on each corn chip; garnish with radishes and green onions.
