Maple Chicken Breasts with Beer
|Beer||12 Ounce (341 Milliliter)|
|Maple syrup||125 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Tamari sauce||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Ground coriander||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter, Fresh)|
|Chicken breasts||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)|
|Bread slices||2 , crumbled|
In a pan, heat the beer, maple syrup, tamari sauce, ginger and coriander.
Reduce by half, pour into a large bowl and let cool.
Add the chicken breasts and let marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, while basting with the marinade.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs near the end of the cooking time.
