Maple Chicken Breasts With Beer

Ingredients
  Beer 12 Ounce (341 Milliliter)
  Maple syrup 125 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Tamari sauce 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter, Fresh)
  Chicken breasts 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  Bread slices 2 , crumbled
Directions

In a pan, heat the beer, maple syrup, tamari sauce, ginger and coriander.
Reduce by half, pour into a large bowl and let cool.
Add the chicken breasts and let marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, while basting with the marinade.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs near the end of the cooking time.
