Homemade Chicken Lo Mein

Ingredients
  Lo mein noodles 8 Ounce (1 Package Dried Variety)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded chinese cabbage/Shredded green cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Celery stalk 1 , thinly sliced
  Shredded cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoning blend 1 Teaspoon (Savory Seasonings Garden Blend)
  Poultry seasoning spices 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Savory Seasonings Poultry Blend)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Serve)
Directions

Bring lightly salted water to a boil over medium high heat in large saucepan.
Add noodles; cook until just tender.
Heat oil in wok.
Add cabbage; stir fry over medium high heat 3 to 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms, green onions and celery; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chicken, noodles, Garden Blend and Poultry Blend; stir fry 1 minute.
Combine cornstarch, chicken broth and soy sauce in.a small bowl; stir until smooth.
Pour cornstarch mixture into pan; stir fry 2 minutes.
