Homemade Chicken Lo Mein
|Lo mein noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package Dried Variety)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded chinese cabbage/Shredded green cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Green onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Celery stalk||1 , thinly sliced|
|Shredded cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seasoning blend||1 Teaspoon (Savory Seasonings Garden Blend)|
|Poultry seasoning spices||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Savory Seasonings Poultry Blend)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Serve)|
Bring lightly salted water to a boil over medium high heat in large saucepan.
Add noodles; cook until just tender.
Heat oil in wok.
Add cabbage; stir fry over medium high heat 3 to 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms, green onions and celery; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chicken, noodles, Garden Blend and Poultry Blend; stir fry 1 minute.
Combine cornstarch, chicken broth and soy sauce in.a small bowl; stir until smooth.
Pour cornstarch mixture into pan; stir fry 2 minutes.
