Cranberry Orange Glazed Chicken
|Freshly squeezed orange juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Fresh cranberries||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), halved|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
|Whole chicken breasts||2 , halved, skin removed (Bone In Chicken Breasts)|
In 2-cup measure combine all ingredients except chicken.
Microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Arrange chicken on roasting rack with meatiest portions to outside.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Cover with one-third of glaze.
Microwave at High 2 to 4 minutes longer, or until meat near bone is no longer pink.
Serve remaining glaze over chicken.
