Chicken & Broccoli Plate

  Chicken thighs 6
  Onion soup mix envelope 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Broccoli head 1 Small
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Skin chicken, if desired.
Coat with onion soup mix.
Arrange chicken along outer edges of microwave baking sheet.
Cut 2 to 3 inches from tough end of broccoli.
Cut tender ends into spears.
Place broccoli in center of baking sheet with tops toward center of sheet.
Sprinkle with water.
Cover broccoli only with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 18 to 27 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and chicken near bone is no longer pink, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.
Let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
