Louisiana Chicken Etouffee

Ingredients
  Worcestershire sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 3 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Onions 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced
  Yellow peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs), juliennned
  Red peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs), juliennned
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add in the chicken and marinate. Put in the refrigerator for an hour. Turn over in between. Take out the chicken pieces in a baking dish. Sprinkle four over the chicken pieces and coat well on both sides.

Add all the ingredients of the sauce (except brown sugar and the chicken stock) in a pan and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Add the reserved marinade, brown sugar and the chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken pieces. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
