Lime Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
  Grated lime peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Bouquet sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , halved, skin removed (2 In Number)
  Lime slices 4
Directions

In 2-cup measure combine lime peel, lime juice, rum, sugar, bouillon, 1/2 cup water and cornstarch.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until clear and thickened.
Set aside.
In small dish combine bouquet sauce and 2 teaspoons water.
Arrange chicken pieces bone-side up on roasting rack with meatiest portions to outside of dish.
Brush with half the bouquet mixture.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Turn over and rearrange pieces; brush with remaining mixture.
Place lime slice on each piece.
Microwave at High 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with lime sauce.
