|Cooked chicken/Ham||4 Ounce, finely chopped / minced|
|Thick mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Seasoning||2 Teaspoon (use as needed)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (for buttering biscuits) (Optional)|
|Fried bread rounds/Crisp biscuits||12|
Mix the chicken or ham with the mayonnaise.
Cut the tomatoes into 12 very thin slices and season.
Butter the biscuits or drain the fried bread well.
Top with sliced tomatoes and the chicken mixture.
Press a stuffed olive on top.
