How To Make Soy & Molasses Glazed Chicken

Soy & Molasses Glazed Chicken is really easy to make and is loaded in flavor. It is elegant enough to entertain and very, very frugal. I used chicken legs and thighs but wings work beautifully with this glaze. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  Chicken thighs and legs 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Coarse salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

MAKING
2. In a large tray, place the chicken. Season with olive oil, coarse salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, rub to coat the ingredients nicely.Bake at 400F for 35 minutes.
3. In a pot, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, molasses, allow to boil and then simmer for few minutes until it reduces by 1/3rd.
4. From the baked chicken, discard the excess liquid, add the prepared sauce, toss to coat nicely. Season with sesame seeds.

SERVING
5. Serve with fried rice.
