Braised Chicken Livers

Ingredients
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken livers 1 Pound, drained, rinsed
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix bouillon with water.
Place livers and bouillon in preheated browning dish.
Stir until sizzling stops.
Add remaining ingredients; cover.
Microwave at High 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, or until tender, stirring twice.
