Asian Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 1 1⁄2 Pound, skinned and halved lengthwise
Directions

In a small bowl combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, poppy seed, and pepper. Stir together well.
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Place chicken, bone side up, on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 15 minutes. Turn. Continue broiling for 10 minutes. Brush with honey-mustard mixture. Broil about 5 minutes more or till tender and no longer pink.
