Kasha Or Bulgur
|Water/Chicken bouillon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Buckwheat groats/Cracked wheat bulgur||4 Ounce (Kasha)|
In medium saucepan combine water or bouillon, salt, and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Slowly stir in groats or cracked wheat.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and grains are tender.
