Kasha Or Bulgur

Ingredients
  Water/Chicken bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Buckwheat groats/Cracked wheat bulgur 4 Ounce (Kasha)
Directions

In medium saucepan combine water or bouillon, salt, and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Slowly stir in groats or cracked wheat.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and grains are tender.
Divide evenly.
