Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4 (Young Variety)
  Thick sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Thin broiled ham slices 4
  Sliced broiled mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (Extra Required For Baking Pan)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Start oven, set at 425° F., or Hot. Grease a baking pan.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; dip them in the cream and sprinkle lightly with flour.
3. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter or margarine in a frying pan and saute the breasts until light golden brown.
4. Remove from the pan and arrange the chicken in the baking pan; dot with the remaining butter or margarine. Bake 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with the drippings in the pan.
