Cranberry Baked Chicken
|Cranberry juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Place skin-side up in an ungreased baking pan.
Pour cranberry juice over chicken.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
Uncover; continue baking 30 minutes until brown and tender.
