Masala Roast Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Medium
  Butter 30 Gram (2 Tablespoon)
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red chili 5 (Without Seeds)
  Cloves 6
  Cinnamon piece 1⁄2 Inch
  Peppercorns To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Directions

1. Clean chicken.
2. Apply ground spices inside and out.
3. Put back giblets into the chicken.
4. Smear the breast with butter.
5. Place in a roasting tin.
6. Pour stock around.
7. Roast the chicken in a fairly hot oven, Gas 6 or 400°F for about 1 hour 15 minutes, or til! done.
8. Dish out.
9. Serve hot.
