Lemon Seasoned Chicken Breasts
|Bouquet sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Bone in chicken breasts||2 , halved, skin removed (Whole Pieces)|
|Parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
In small dish combine all ingredients except chicken and parsley.
Arrange chicken breasts bone-side up on microwave roasting rack, with meatiest portions to outside of dish.
Brush with half of seasoned mixture.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Turn pieces over and brush with remaining mixture.
Microwave 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat near bone is no longer pink, rotating once during cooking.
If desired, sprinkle with parsley before serving.
